Tapas with Tim -- Thursday February 4th
Meze and other small dishes from the Mediterranean
Our fixed menu, fixed price “tapas” evening for February will feature Eastern Mediterranean specialties, stretching from Croatia/Macedonia through Greece and Turkey to Lebanon/Syria. You bring your wine of choice.
Join us for the assortment of delightful dishes prepared for you by Chef Tim Dondero and colleagues. Tim will introduce and discuss the dishes as they are served.
The specialties this evening will include: Baba Ghanoush (“Pampered Daddy”) – roasted eggplant appetizer, with flat bread; Cevapcici with Ajvar – Balkan chopped meat kebabs, accompanied by roasted pepper and eggplant sauce; Greek salad with anchovies; Greek and Bulgarian cheeses, olives and pickles; Turkish okra braised with ground lamb and chickpeas; Saffron rice pilaf with dried fruits, accompanied by thick Lebanese-style yogurt.
Tim’s preferred wine to for this variety of dishes would be a Pinot Noir or Chianti, or a chilled dry rosé, Sauvignon Blanc or Albariño.

Price $45 for a couple, $25 for a single. Corkage fee is $2 per couple.
