Antipasti and other small dishes from Italy
To start the New Year, our January fixed menu, fixed price tapas evening will feature Italian specialties. You bring your wine of choice.
Join us for the assortment of delightful Italian dishes prepared for you by Chef Tim Dondero and colleagues.
Tim will introduce and discuss the dishes as they are served.
The specialties this evening will include: Bruschetta with dried tomatoes and roasted sweet pepper and eggplant; Hot spinach and cauliflower antipasto with Parmesan cheese; Roasted stuffed mushroom caps (meat or vegetarian available); Italian cheeses and olives; Chef Anthony’s pork meatballs with pine nuts, tomato sauce; Orzo (pasta) risotto with asparagus, zucchini and black truffle oil.
Tim’s preference for wines to for this variety of dishes would be a Chianti or Nero d’Avola, or a well-chilled Orvieto or Pinot Grigio.

Price $45 for a couple, $25 for a single. Corkage fee is $2 per couple.
